Frequently Asked Questions

What is life Coaching?

Coaching is a process that creates mental space. Space to take stock, to gain perspective, to ask questions, to answer them, and to rethink how you are living your life. Maybe remove some of the stuff you have been carrying.

Most often our lives doesn’t need radical change. Sometimes it just needs a fresh perspective, a subtle rethinking of sticky issues, and off you go – fresh and ready to take on the world.

In life coaching, we do not dwell on the reasons why we are as we are. Instead, we focus on the future and what comes next.

How many sessions does life coaching usually involve?

Typically, clients attend sessions usually 4-6 sessions of 60 minutes. Ideally spaced 2 weeks apart, depending on how quickly self discovery occurs and how many things you wish to work on.

Do I have to Commit to more than one session?

No, I am happy to do one-off sessions if that works best for you.

What can you do for me that my friends don’t already do now?

Listen with only you in mind. I believe in you! I Listen without judging you. Tell you the truth – even if it hurts a little. As a professional personal life coach, I’m dedicated to helping you create and sustain the positive changes you want in your life.

Is it Confidential?

Yes, completely. I will not share your information with anybody, nor the fact that you are my client.

Where do you coach?

Many clients like face to face coaching, so we meet in Mayfield, Mid Canterbury.
